HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION (HOA)
For over 40 years, the Diamond Point Club has been serving homeowners in Diamond Point with quality programs and activities for its residents and Members. Established in 1965, the Diamond Point Club is a private Homeowners’ Association located in north Diamond Bar, California. The Association consists of 656 single family homes. The purpose of the Association is to provide its Members with first class service at its private Clubhouse/Swim & Racquet Facility. It also enforces the Collective Covenant and Restrictions (CC&R’s), Bylaws and Rules & Regulations. This includes preserving the enjoyment of living in the community, maintaining the attractiveness of Diamond Point and protecting the value of the Homeowner’s property. The Association is governed by five elected Association Members known as the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are elected into office annually on the first Saturday in December. The Board of Directors meets quarterly. Meetings are held every third Monday in March, June, September and December. The Association is self-managed and the office is located at the Clubhouse, 536 Navajo Springs Road Diamond Bar, CA 91765.

RECREATION PROGRAMS
After-School Program

DPC offers a free recreation program for Members of the Club. The program is for children ages 8-15 years old. It operates during the school year Monday through Friday from 3:00 – 5:30 PM. Wednesdays are early days so program begins at 1:30 PM. The After School Program is NOTa day care. It is an open Recreation Center where children may come and participate in activities. Children are welcome to come and leave as they please. The children will be supervised as long as they repain on the DPC facility. Every day the first hour of program is homework/quiet time. We also will do at least one physical/play activity on the playground daily. In addition to homework and play time, we also do arts and crafts, play board games and do many more fun recreational activities. The program is completely free. The only requirements are your HOA account must be in good standing and have a completed waiver form and emergency contact card completed and submitted for each participant.
Tennis At DPC-
Classes as well as private lessons are now availablt to members and guest ages 4 & up.

Adult Programs
We offer a variety of programs for adults. Currently we have a Table Tennis league, Volleyball & Basketball nights and Zumba and Pilates classes.
Table Tennis League/Ladder- Participants can schedule matches and try to move up the ladder to become the league Champion.

Volleyball, Table Tennis & Basketball nights at the Club- Come down to the Clubhouse and play with us! Programs are from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM. Volleyball (Tuesdays), Table Tennis (Wednesdays) and Basketball (Thursdays)
Zumba and Pilates Classes- Classes are scheduled every 8 weeks. Call for availability and start dates.
Senior Programs

Recreational programs are a great way for retired adults and senior citizens to meet new friends and to enjoy living in the community.
Community Potlucks- meets once monthly. RSVP is required. Call for schedule.
Bingo- 100% of the winnings goes to the winner. Meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM.

Special Events

We have 3 annual community events for HOA members: Summer Pool Party and BBQ, Fall Luau and Hula Show and the Holiday Christmas Party.
Aquatics Programs

Aquatics programs run from June through August annually. Our programs include swim lessons and our new Jr. Aquatics Program which combines the Junior Lifeguards and Swim Team programs. The swimming pool is open year round, but the swimming pool is only heated during spring break week and Memorial Day weekend through the last weekend in October. Lifeguards are on Duty only from June through September. Call for the most current and accurate information.

CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

The Clubhouse is available for exclusive rental on a first come, first served reservation basis. Book your next party or special event at the Club. Private rentals are available to Members of the Association only. The Clubhouse may be rented with a completed rental agreement application, security deposit, copy of homeowner’s insurance and nominal rental fee charge. All rentals must be approved by the Rentals Supervisor. The Clubhouse is available for exclusive rental Sunday-Thursday 10:00 AM-10:00 PM and Fridays & Saturdays 10:00 AM-12:00 AM (Pending availability). The Clubhouse is not available on major holidays or during Association events and programs. Once you’re reservation is accepted and approved, you will receive a confirmation letter from the Rentals Supervisor.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Tables and chairs may be rented my Members of the Association for a nominal fee (some equipment is free). Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis. Private Clubhouse Rental bookings have priority. Call us for more information or to check availability.
